You are kindly requested to book the room yourself.
To get from the airport to the city centre it's easiest to take the train.
You will all exit the baggage claim/customs area in Terminal 3 from where
the train departs at platform 2
at the far end of the terminal hall. Trains depart each 10 minutes,
direction København H and/or Helsingør. The train ride is about 15 minutes.
You
can buy train tickets at the DSB ticket office at the entrance to the
platforms in Terminal 3.
To go by taxi, the distance to the city centre is about 10 km and the price
around 150 DKK.
To get from the city centre to DMI, take the S-train from the Central
Station, platform 11, line H or line H+, direction Farum, and step off at
the Ryparken station. Each line runs every 20 minutes and the ride is about
15 minutes. DMI is the red-brick building next to the Ryparken station (you
can clearly see it when you get off the train). You will find the reception
at the right-hand side of the building where you will get your guest badge.
To go by taxi, the distance between the city centre and DMI is about 10 km
and the price around 150 DKK.
